Hiya!

My name is Stephanie Migerode and I am the creator and owner of Kleiblij. I’m from Wetteren, Belgium. I started playing around with clay during a stressful time in my life. It gave me a sense of calm. Whenever I’m feeling nervous or anxious about the next day I use clay to get lost in my head. I feel that when you are working every day, your creativity gets crushed. This outlet has challenged me to think and act differently.

So a special thank you to everyone who has supported me and my business. Thank you for believing in me, and giving me a sense of direction. It’s been a proper adventure that I long to explore much further! It’s really scary to put your stuff out there, but there is nothing so rewarding as someone texting you they like your work!

Klei Blij means Happy Clay in Dutch. It’s a play on words but it’s also a genuine longing to put a smile on your face.
